Our company is led by Andrew Hudson, a seasoned property management professional with nearly two decades of experience. Born and raised in Laurens County, South Carolina, Andrew has dedicated his career to helping property owners and residents across the state.
Andrew began working in property management at 18 while studying Business Management at Tri-County Technical College. His career path quickly advanced from Leasing Agent to Property Manager, then on to Regional and Senior Regional Manager. Eventually, he became Director of Property Management, overseeing operations across seven states and more than 4,000 units. His extensive background covers both conventional and affordable housing, giving him a deep understanding of diverse property needs.

In addition to traditional property management, Andrew has been an Airbnb Superhost for five years, helping other short-term rental (STR) owners set up, furnish, and optimize their listings. His consulting and support have reached owners in South Carolina, Indiana, and the Dominican Republic, equipping them for greater success in the STR market.

Andrew believes in staying ahead of industry changes. He regularly attends training sessions and educational events with Airbnb, VRBO, and other platforms to provide his clients with cutting-edge insights and strategies. As both a real estate investor and an STR owner, Andrew understands the challenges property owners face and provides solutions rooted in his personal experience.
Beyond Property Management
When he’s not managing properties or helping investors grow, Andrew is active in his community. He volunteers with Meals on Wheels and serves at NewSpring Church. Andrew and his wife, Anna, live in Upstate South Carolina, where they are raising their four children.
